How to Use

For the best comfort and protection, we recommend changing your period underwear every 6–8 hours (or more often on heavier days). They’re designed to support you through busy workdays, slow evenings, and restful nights alike.

To keep your underwear fresh and long-lasting, follow these simple care steps:

  1. Rinse first in cold water after use.
  2. Machine wash below 30°C
  3. Gently reshape while damp for the perfect fit.
  4. Hang to dry - avoid the tumble dryer to protect the materials.

The Balance Lace Brief can hold up to 36ml, or 4 tampons worth of flow.

Yes, that’s exactly what they’re designed for. Depending on your flow and the absorbency level you choose, you can wear your MyHarbour underwear completely on its own, or with extra protection on heavier days and/or with lighter protection variants.

Every cycle is different, so take a little time to find what works best for you.

Yes - especially our Secure range, designed for heavy flow and full coverage so you can sleep peacefully and protected.
