No other period products are required. Each pair is machine washable and reusable, so you can simply wear, wash, and wear again - protection that’s better for you, and for the planet.
As the lightest flow option, the Seamless Thong can hold up to 9ml, or 1 tampons worth.
Yes - especially our Secure range, designed for heavy flow and full coverage so you can sleep peacefully and protected.
Just rinse in cold water after use, machine wash at 30°C, and air dry.
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and tumble dryers to keep them absorbent and soft for longer. We also recommend hand washing if you can.
This is person dependent! Most people find 3–5 pairs is ideal to rotate through their cycle - one for daytime, one for overnight, and a spare while others are drying. Most customers typically take a pair from each of our ranges (Harbour Secure, Balance, and Light).
However, you can absolutely try 1 pair to start, which we typically recommend going with the Secure range first.
